Deliveries
We aim to deliver your order on the expected delivery date, however due to using external couriers this may not always be possible. Next day deliveries need to be placed before 1PM and will be delivered between 8am-6pm the next WORKING day. Timed deliveries will operate within hour timeslots. Samples will be sent separately.
NOT A HIAB
Please be aware that the delivery will NOT be on a Craned vehicle. Deliveries are made with a tail lift offload.
If you are ordering large quantities (10 Tonnes or more) we may be able to discuss alternate offload.
In some cases, we will only be able to offer kerbside delivery.
Transport
Our vehicles need clear access to your delivery point. Please ensure the roads to your delivery point are wide enough for an 18-tonne pallet truck.
Make sure that the route to your delivery point has no weight restrictions or height restrictions. The route must not have low hanging branches or obstructions. Charges may incur if access is unsuitable.
Size of Vehicle
Deliveries will be made on a large 18 tonne vehicle unless otherwise requested.
A 7.5 tonne, or 12 tonne vehicle can be requested in the order process. These have limited availability so may delay delivery.
It is up to the driver to decide where it is suitable to deliver your order. Drivers are not insured on your property.
Vehicle Offload
The driver will offload the product using a tail-lift offload and a manual pallet trolley. This will require a solid, flat ground to complete the delivery.
We will not be able to offload onto grass, gravel, or uneven surfaces. The driver will be unable to push or pull the goods up an incline.
Weight
Our drivers will try their best to deliver the goods to your desired location, however in some cases this may not be possible due to the size and weight of the products, as weight can vary between 800kg – 1 tonne.
Since the driver must manually push or pull the pallet into position, they will struggle to do this if the ground is not flat and solid.
Receipt of Goods
Please make sure you are available to receive your order, and sign for the materials.
If this is not possible, please contact us to discuss as we may be able to leave the good without a signature.
If you are unable to be there to receive the goods, and do not contact us this may cause delays in deliver and incur addition charges for failed delivery
